Sewing Machine Service
We are a Certified Elna and Janome Service Center.
Service includes a 30 Day Warranty.
Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks upon drop off for basic service.
*Machines from other manufactures are welcome that are 1990 or newer. Obtaining parts from other manufacturers and older machines can be difficult to source. We recommend that machines are taken to their respective certified service center if possible especially if under warranty. Additional repairs and parts will be billed based on our hourly repair rate plus the cost of parts. Turnaround time may increase depending on parts availability. - Learn Machine Basics
- Assist with Threading, Bobbin Winding, & Basic Controls

Diagnostic - $60
- Remove Covers & Perform Extensive Diagnostic
- Check Tension, Timing, Mechanical Adjustments
- Check Cable Connections & Computer Updates
- Determine Service or Repair Required
Serger Service - $160
- Remove Covers & Clean Inside & Out
- Check or Replace Cutting Blade*
- Oil & Grease all moving parts
- Adjust Timing if needed
- Sewing Stitch Out
Hourly Repair Rate - $30
- You will be given an estimate on how long it will take to make the repair.
- If installing a part alongside completing a service you will be billed the hourly rate for the install/repair plus the service and parts.
- Example: $140 - Basic Service, $15 - 30 minutes to install part, $20 part = $175 total cost
Advanced Service - $180
Computerized Sewing Machines* & Embroidery Machines- Remove Covers & Clean Inside & Out
- Oil & Grease all moving parts
- Check or Replace Cutting Blade
- Adjust Upper & Lower Tension

- Complete Computer Calibrations, Updates, and check Connections.
- Clean, Grease, Oil, Calibrate Embroidery Module.
